Elevate Fall 2022

Have you suffered from trauma in your life that you feel is holding you back from your full potential as an entrepreneur and business owner?  I can relate completely, as can many others.  You are not alone 💕

A few years ago I started a workshop group where we met up to learn how to grow an online business.  As this small group of people got to know each other and move forward in business, we realized that we had a common thread keeping us together.  We needed a safe space to share about the challenges we were facing not just in our businesses, but also at home and in our communities.  As "Elevate" has evolved over the past couple of years, I'm really looking forward to taking our networking group to a new level.

Yes we are going meet weekly again, and yes we are going to learn, network, and grow our businesses together.  But we are also going to make sure that we are at the same time inviting an atmosphere of mental wellbeing, healing, and recovery.  All in a nonjudgemental, accepting, gentle environment.

ELEVATE is a weekly online networking program for entrepreneurs held every Wednesday at 4pm EST.  I've been hosting ELEVATE for almost 2 years now, and the people that meet together all believe in supporting each other through a nonjudgmental, open, honest, and vulnerable environment.  We believe in collaboration over competition.  We believe in running our businesses with love.

The format of our meeting is loosely set up as follows:

• 4pm - Welcome & introductions of any new members
• 4:05 - Reading from one piece of recovery or healing journal, as well as drawing one angel card, and one affirmation card
• 4:10 - Each member gets a chance to share (if they wish) about their week and especially their wins!
• 4:20 - Learning portion / presentation from either Sarah Clarke or Guest for the day
• 4:40 - Discussion on what we have learned
• 4:55 - Each member sets one goal for the coming week (optional)
• 5:00 - Close

If you struggle with any form of anxiety please take comfort - we are ready to meet you where you are.  You do not need to participate in discussion if you are not comfortable you can sit back and listen.

Thank you to all previous members for helping me brainstorm topics, honestly we have enough until next summer.  I have put together this draft of our fall topics.  Note this may be subject to change.  If you are interested in hosting a topic or speaking on a subject, please let me know and we will absolutely try to fit that in!

If you wish to just join one session at a time the fee per session will be $25
