| What does your business do? What problem does your business solve? How did you get started in business? | The core of my business if family portraits. I provide beautiful family artwork using heirloom products to display precious memories.
I began photographing families back in 2008 when I was pregnant with my son. I had always loved photography, but it wasn’t until I had my own kids that I realized how important it is for families to photographs that include everyone. Often it’s mom or dad (usually mom) who is taking the photos and not included. By hiring a professional photographer, I ensure that we create beautiful photos that capture the special bond a family has, not matter what ‘shape or size’ that family is. |
| Current goals of your business | Continue to grow the business and become a household name in South Simcoe and surrounding areas. Also to educate consumers on the difference between amateur and professional photography and the importance of having printed product in the home. |
| Current challenges of your business | The biggest challenge is, and always has been, a saturated market and photographers not valuing themselves. I provide a full-service experience from the time you contact me to the time that I deliver your final product. Finding ways to market that experience is difficult when a lot of people go with price over quality. |
